Prefabricated concrete

Our concrete elements are prefabricated (made in advance) under controlled conditions. This allows for greater precision, quality and less work on-site. Ideal for projects where deadlines, element repeatability and a flawless finish matter.

Why prefabricated concrete instead of on-site concrete?

More predictable investment: Pre-resolved details prevent improvisation on site and complications during construction.

Faster execution: Elements are made in the factory simultaneously with foundation preparation, shortening the timeline and removing weather dependency.

Controlled quality: Vibration tables and steel moulds ensure precision that exceeds on-site standards. The result is dense, high-strength concrete with a surface free of air bubbles.
